ADAMAS INCORPORATION, formerly known as RK Media Holding, registered its name change with the Commerce Ministry on May 14 and its new securities symbol is ADAM.
BUMRUNGRAD HOSPITAL said 31.5-per-cent-owned associated company Bumrungrad International increased registered capital from Bt1.9 billion to Bt2.75 billion through the issue of 8.44 million new shares at a subscription price of Bt100 each.
REGIONAL CONTAINER LINES said its wholly-owned subsidiary Regional Container Lines Singapore would acquire two vessels in June from Jiangsu Eastern Heavy Industry of China. The company is transferring 100-per-cent ownership of China subsidiary Regional Container Lines Shipping to RCL Feeder, another wholly-owned subsidiary in China.
