Is membership of a dissolved party revoked immediately following the Constitution Tribunal ruling?
Election Commission chairman Apichart Sukhagganond said it must be considered that a party still exists until accounts and assets auditing, as well as other processes related to party dissolution, are completed. This could take six months, during which party membership could continue.

Can an executive member of a dissolved party, whose voting rights have been revoked, join in political activities? A former executive can join activities such as election campaigning or making speeches. However, an order banning all political party activity is currently still in force.
