BANK OF AYUDHYA's tender offer for shares of Ayudhya Auto Lease (AYL) ended yesterday. The results will be submitted to the stock exchange within five days, and the exchange will announce the delisting date seven days ahead of AYL's actual removal from the bourse.

BOUTIQUE NEWCITY announced a first-quarter net profit of Bt1.01 million, compared to a net loss of Bt7.88 million in the same period last year.

GOLDEN LAND PROPERTY AND DEVELOPMENT appointed Sahas Tantikhun as a director, as well as chief operating officer and president of the firm's housing business. The appointments took effect on Monday.

PICNIC CORP reported a policy change whereby it will pay dividends of not more than 40 per cent of its separate net profit after corporate tax. It may pay less than 40 per cent if there is cash requirement for expanded operations.

SAMITIVEJ appointed Wallop Adhikomprapa as deputy chairman, effective from last Monday. Wallop was already a director of the company.
