Sansiri chooses hotel for launch
Sansiri is staging the grand launch of its Bt3-billion high-rise Siri at Sukhumvit by Sansiri project from June 2-3 at the five-star Four Seasons Hotel to catch the attention of affluent condo buyers.
Most developers unveil their residential projects at the construction site. "Sansiri has remained at the forefront of premium condominium development in Thailand for over 20 years and we are confident that Siri at Sukhumvit by Sansiri will be yet another sensational success, thanks to its superb location right at the heart of Bangkok's most prestigious residential area," president Srettha Thavisin said yesterday. "We believe this project will soon become a landmark residential location in one of Bangkok's prime business districts," he added. Over the past two decades, Sansiri has launched 20 condos with 2,500 units, of which 90 per cent are in Bangkok's central business district. Sales have reached Bt17 billion, or about 30 per cent of the total market. Projects to be completed this year are Siri Residences, Baan Siri Twenty-Four and Baan Siri Thirty-One. Sansiri's prime condo portfolio also includes holiday hideaway retreats such as Baan Kai Muk, Baan Sansaran, Baan Sanploen, Baan Sanpluem and Las Tortugas, all in Prachuap Khiri Khan's resort town of Hua Hin. Sansiri has been developing condos there for many years. Siri at Sukhumvit is a 34-floor building, located between Sukhumvit sois 38 and 40. It will have 460 units, with floor space ranging from 50-112 square metres.
