Company reports

PROPERTY PERFECT reported that early this month Real Service Co Ltd, an associate company, had repaid Bt500,000 of the sum owed to Property Perfect. The outstanding loan is now Bt1.52 million.
SHUN THAI RUBBER GLOVES INDUSTRY posted a Bt11.49-million net loss for the first quarter, compared to a Bt53.07-million loss in the same period last year. The loss is attributed to a decrease in net sales, provision for doubtful accounts to the tune of Bt6.72 million from overdue trade accounts receivable, and an increase in interest expenses. The firm also reported that the construction of its concentrated-latex factory and boiler-changing project had been completed in April, and that operations had started this month.
TIPCO ASPHALT's board approved a change in the structure of its investment in Thai Bitumen Co Ltd. Tipco's loan is being converted into incremental Thai Bitumen capital, and the firm's negative retained earnings are being written off.
