Attorney General Pachara Yutidhammadamrong said Monday that public prosecutors would rule on the Ratchadaphisek land deal based on the evidence, and reminded the accused - former premier Thaksin Shinawatra and his wife Khunying Pojaman - not to resort to delaying tactics.

Phuket Governor Niran Kallayanamitr denied on Monday a media report that he agreed with Microsoft founder Bill Gates's project to construct a man made island off the resort of Phuket for his yachts.
