Four rob and escape with two Play Station machines

Four robbers broke into an old game café in Bangkok's Chom Thong district early on Monday and ran off with two Play Station machines.

The robbers slightly hurt the café's 71 year-old owner Yuikim sae Kua.

"I was about to close my café when they walked in and pulled out a knife," the elderly man recounted.

Yuikim's immediate reaction was screaming for help, after which the robbers attacked him with the back of their knife. They then grasped two Play Station machines and ran away.

"All of them were in T shirts and jeans. They had their faces covered with pieces of clothes," Yuikim told police. The elderly man was slightly hurt.

Each Play Station machine was about Bt7,500.

"We still have no clue who the robbers are. But we believe they should be local teenagers," Police Major Chaiwat Changsalak, an inspector at the Bang Mod Police Station, said.
