In brief :Debt plan revised

Natural Park has submitted a revised debt-repayment plan to Siam City Bank, following the bank's refusal of its original proposals.

However, the company did not provide any details of its new plan yesterday.

Under the original plan, the financially ailing developer proposed extending its loan-repayment period for another five years, Natural Park president and chief executive officer Sermsin Samalapa said in a filing with the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday.

Natural Park owes Bt1.39 billion to Siam City Bank, having already paid Bt865 million in principal and interest of Bt345 million. The company said the outstanding debt was backed by collateral of Bt1.5 billion.
