KNP turns new page for Thai printing industry

Kyodo-Nation Printing Services (KNP), a Japanese-Thai joint venture, has begun printing publications for export to Europe.

Leading British publisher MRM/Amber Books has hired KNP to print publications that will be distributed in the United Kingdom and mainland Europe, KNP CEO Hiroshi Sato said recently.

The first shipment will be made this month, Sato said.

Kyodo Printing, one of Japan's leading printing houses, recently formed the joint venture with Nation Multimedia Group.

With a combination of high-quality presses, comprehensive post-printing equipment and competitive costs, KNP offers a full line of printing services, including magazines, brochures and hard-cover books.

KNP focuses on high-quality printing for the domestic and export markets, which will help promote Thailand as the printing hub of Asia.
