QUALITY HOUSES announced it would pay a dividend of 9 satang a share to those whose names appear on the share register as of next Friday. Payment will be made on May 16.

SEAMICO SECURITIES reported an additional dividend payment of 50 satang a share, which was approved by a shareholders' meeting. This is 31.3-satang higher than the resolution by the board and will result in an additional cash outflow of about Bt250 million.

SRITHAI FOOD & BEVERAGE announced a consolidated net loss of Bt134.34 million for 2006, down from a net loss of Bt189.61 million the previous year.

THANTAWAN INDUSTRY reported that on Wednesday, it signed an Bt80-million contract with JCM Engineering Concept for electrical, water-cooling, air-conditioning and ventilation systems for a new factory.
