BANK OF AYUDHYA announced it had increased its shareholding in subsidiary Ayudhya Development Leasing from 77.27 per cent of the company's paid-up capital to 90 per cent.

CASTLE PEAK HOLDINGS announced that Visith Leelasithorn, a member of the board of directors and an independent director, had resigned from his posts, effective yesterday.

THAI CENTRAL CHEMICAL announced it had approved the resignation of Takashi Ikeda as president and signatory director of the company and all concerned affiliates. He will be replaced by Masato Takei.

THANALUX announced it would this month acquire a 99.99-per-cent stake in new subsidiary T Chamber, with registered capital of Bt10 billion, in order to enhance its distribution channel.

TRAFFIC CORNER HOLDINGS said its consolidated net loss for last year totalled Bt118.21 million, compared with a net loss of Bt148.95 million in 2005.
