YouTube said Saturday it has offered to "educate" Thai authorities about how the popular video-sharing service works in the hope of ending a ban on the site over videos mocking Thailand's revered king.



Doubts rise over secret CDC voting on charter

The Constitution Drafting Committee (CDC) will go ahead with its planned closed-door meeting and secret vote on some 20 divisive issues for the new charter on Tuesday, committee chairman Prasong Soonsiri said yesterday.
