AIRPORTS OF THAILAND appointed a seven-member recruitment committee to select a new company president.

MAJOR CINEPLEX GROUP shareholders approved a dividend payment of 43 satang per share for the firm's second-half performance.

SHIN CORP reported it had yet to receive Dragon One's proposal concerning the acquisition of Shin Satellite, which has been reported in some newspapers.

The STOCK EXCHANGE OF THAILAND announced that nine listed companies had not submitted financial statements for 2006 as of Monday. They are the Daidomon Group, Datamat, Power-P, Sun Wood Industries, Traffic Corner Holdings, Hantex, Agro Industrial Machinery, Srithai Food and Beverage and United Standard Terminal.

WORKPOINT ENTERTAINMENT reported that its shareholders had approved a dividend of 55 satang per share, payable on April 27, for the second half of last year.
