Sansiri signs condo contract Property firm Sansiri has signed a contract with J&W Development, the property arm of furniture firm Decor Mart, to develop and manage a Bt600-million condominium project in Hua Hin called Baan San Dow, says president Srettha Thavisin. He said the deal would not involve forming a joint venture to develop the condominium project, but rather the company would receive construction and management fees for developing and managing the marketing and sales for it. J&W Development is the owner of the project. The company will hold a soft launch for the project during this month's Songkran festival in Hua Hin. This is the first property project of J&W Development in Thailand.
