The four companies are Aview Activation, focusing on events and activities; Aview Motion, running video presentations; Aview Graphicity, serving the graphic-design field; and Aview New Media, running online and new media operations. Kritsanaphol said all four companies were set to be launched in the third quarter. The group will spend Bt10 million on the expansion. He added that the joint venture company would be announced probably in May. Kritsanaphol will establish the joint venture with one of his old partners, Matanawan Bunnag. The new firm will focus on the catering business. The group currently operates three companies: Aview Group Worldwide, which runs integrated marketing communications, owned by Kritsanaphol; View 360, which focuses on the events and hospitality business, a joint venture between Kritsanaphol and Matanawan; and Modo, which specialises in product branding, a joint venture between Kritsanaphol and JSL. Kritsanaphol said the group's three companies reached billings of Bt200 million last year. The group projects that billings this year will rise to Bt240 million, up 20 per cent from last year.
