CH KARNCHANG's board approved the sale of not more than 5,567,371 ordinary shares in Pathum Thani Water to Thai Tap Water Supply, which would represent not more than 46.39 per cent of the decreased registered capital. The price will be no less than Bt332 a share for a total amount of not less than about Bt1.85 billion.
INTERLINK COMMUNICATION has agreed to form a joint venture with Siemens named the Siemens and Interlink Consortium, to bid on the design and installation of fibre-optic cable for a Bt459-million project for the Provincial Electricity Authority of Thailand.
PRANDA JEWELLERY's board approved a capital increase in two of its subsidiaries. Prima Gold International's capital will be increased from Bt100 million to Bt200 million. Guangzhou Pangda Zhubao Shoushi Youxian Gongsi's capital will rise from US$850,000 (Bt29.78 million) to $2.2 million. The capital increase will be used as working capital.
