AMATA's board granted approval to subsidiary Amata City to invest in Thai-Chinese Rayong Industrial Realty Development. The board also endorsed a dividend payment of 20 satang a share, payable on May 25.

MATCHING STUDIO's board voted not to pay a dividend for last year's operations.

MEDIA OF MEDIAS' board voted to pay a dividend of 25 satang a share on April 27.

PTT entered into a Bt6-billion loan agreement with the Government Savings Bank, with 10 years' tenor and a floating interest rate. The loan will be repaid semi-annually at Bt500 million per payment from the fifth year onwards. The purpose of the loan is to refinance the GSB loan, which fell due yesterday.

THAI CANE PAPER's board voted not to pay a dividend for last year's operations.
