ABICO HOLDINGS shares were suspended further yesterday by the Stock Exchange of Thailand, following its first suspension in the first trading session of March 2, because the company must prepare a rehabilitation plan.

ACL BANK announced that Utid Tamwatin resigned from the bank's board of directors, effective February 27.

VINYTHAI said it required an additional supply of salt, a principal raw material for its expanded production capacity. The company has accordingly purchased additional shares in Pimai Salt, an associated company. Stock Exchange of Thailand regulations stipulate that this is considered a connected transaction.
