GROUP LEASE said four directors - Likasit Pansomchit, Prapat Aphiphunya, Anurak Inthraphuvasak and Likhit Sirinarud - had resigned.
Four new directors were appointed on Wednesday: Mitsuji Konoshita, also president; Deepong Sahachartsiri; Chatchai Chotanakarn, independent director and chairman of the audit committee; and Charanya Sangsukdee, independent director and audit-committee member.
KIATNAKIN BANK said it plans to issue up to Bt20 billion in bonds. It also declared a final dividend of Bt1.20 per share, payable on May 2 to shareholders registered as of March 29.
PATKOL declared a dividend for last year of Bt0.15 per share.
STP & I declared a dividend for last year of Bt0.05 per share.
THAI OPP declared a dividend for last year of Bt2.25 per share, payable on May 18.
