Sena projects
Sena Development Plc would launch 10 residential projects worth Bt1 billion this year for the middle-to lower-income market.
Executive director Kessara Thanyalakpark said yesterday that demand for housing priced Bt1 million to Bt3 million would continue to grow this year. The 10 projects would be located in the Ram-Indra, Rangsit and Sukhumvit 49 areas. The company expects its revenues to jump 55 per cent to Bt1 billion this year from Bt645 million last year. "When our sales meet our target, the company will apply for listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand this year," she said.
