Stadium ready for Asian Cup

Tourism and Sports minister Suwit Yodmanee confirmed that the Rajamangala National Stadium will be ready in time to host this year's Asian Cup and the World University Games.
The Sport Authority of Thailand (SAT), which set aside a budget of Bt25million, had hired a private company to renovate the stadium, including installing new seats and banisters, and will be completed on June 18.SAT will also spend Bt4million to improve the facilities in the rooms of the stadium. AFC will send its observers to check the preparedness of the stadium on March 5 and 6 before its president's visit on March 17 to inspect the ground.
