Fire at Khon Kaen department store
A huge broke out in the Sentosa department store in Khon Kaen town last night and was still raging at time of going to press. No deaths or injuries had been reported as of 11pm.
The fire broke out on the second floor of the threestorey building at around 9pm and rose to the third floor, according to witnesses. The store had already closed when the fire started. Some 20 fire engines sent to the scene were still battling the fire at nearly midnight. Residents of the area were evacuated.
