Luxury villas on offer in Phuket

The Waterscape Group yesterday introduced its newest project, Andarina at Khor-En, located in Mai Khao in Thalang district of Phuket and costing Bt200 million.
The project is targeted at the high-end market, with villas priced at Bt27.5 million a unit. Purchasers will be offered a 30-year leasehold ownership structure with options to renew. - The Nation.
Hugger aims for strong growth Hugger (Thailand), a direct-sales retailer of lubricant motor oil, expects sale growth of 20 per cent, or Bt200 million, this year by expanding its membership to 30,000, from the present 20,000. President Prasopchai Limthammarat said demand for lubricant motor oil would enjoy strong growth this year, following higher sales for new cars.
