CH KARNCHANG's board approved a restructuring of its affiliated company, Pathum Thani Water, by decreasing its registered capital by Bt1.55 billion from Bt2.75 billion. The remaining registered capital of Bt1.2 billion is divided into 12 million ordinary shares.
PRECIOUS SHIPPING reported that it had sold a vessel, which belonged to a subsidiary, to Coral Maritime for Bt230.4 million.
SIAM2YOU's board approved a Bt1.75-million investment to acquire 30 per cent of the share capital of Vietnam Voi Ban Joint Stock company.
THAI FILM INDUSTRIES' board voted to borrow Bt120 million from Lakewood Land (LWL). The one-year loan is effective from yesterday and the firm will be charged interest of 8 per cent. Thai Film Industries earlier borrowed Bt100 million from LWL, of which it has repaid Bt85.9 million. Therefore, the outstanding principal is now Bt134.1 million.
