SIAM THIS MORNING
Saprang asked to have King Power stop blocking passengers' passage

An official investigating alleged contract violations by duty-free shop King Power has urged Gen Saprang Kalayanamitr to act against the shop.

In a special interview with Nation Group editor Thepchai Yong, Gen Pathompong Kesornsuk, chairman of a subcommittee investigating against King Power, said it was clear that the shop had violated the contracts by changing the floor plan of passenger passage by setting up too many stalls and blocking the passage.

Pathompong said he has reported his finding to Saprang in his capacity as the chairman of Airports of Thailand Plc's board of directors and Saprang would have to act against King Power.
