CH KARNCHANG signed a Bt1.153-billion contract to build Cambodia's National Highway No 67 (Anlong Veng to Siem Reap) with that country's Ministry of Public Works and Transport.
DYNASTY CERAMIC posted an unaudited annual net profit of Bt563.11 million for last year, down from Bt748.76 million for 2005. In addition, the board voted to pay a dividend of 21 satang per share on May 4.
INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING's board voted to appoint vice chairman Somsak Yamasmit as the company's new chairman, replacing Sakthip Krairiksh. The board also endorsed subsidiary IEC Business Partners acquiring assets of International Gasohol and injecting into that company additional investments worth a total of Bt812 million, or 30.01 per cent of the total assets.
KHON KAEN SUGAR INDUSTRY's board voted to pay a dividend of 22 satang per share on March 27.
