Exploiter jailed
The Criminal Court yesterday sentenced a man to one year and four months in jail for exploiting a 13-year-old boy.
Chatupol Bai-ngern, 24, had used the boy to sell flowers at nightspots and markets in Bangkok for two months.The boy worked for accommodation and food. He had left home on November 8, 2004, to go to school, but went instead to a gaming cafe where another boy persuaded him to live with a group of boys who were selling flowers for Chatupol and three accomplices.
