SC Asset homes at a discount
SC Asset is offering discount prices between Bt100,000 and Bt1.28 million per unit for buyers at its seven property projects until the end of the month.
The seven projects are on Ram-Indra, Chaeng Wattana, Rama V, Vibhavadi-Rangsit and Prachacheun roads, in Ram-Indra Soi Watcharapol and in Phaholyothin Soi Aree. Marketing director Yubol Loajindarat expects sales of Bt240 million from the campaign, boosting sales growth 10 per cent this year. Power plant deal Doosan Heavy Industries and Construction, South Korea's largest manufacturer of power generators, has received a US$170-million (Bt5.98 billion) order to build a 115-mega-watt power plant in Thailand, the offical Yonhap news agency reported from Seoul. The order, from Glow Energy in Thailand, calls for Doosan to carry out all stages of implementation, including engineering, procurement and construction.
