EVERLAND announced that its financial planner, Property Planner, informed it that the Central Bankruptcy Court on Monday approved the cancellation of the company's rehabilitation plan.

MODERN reported it had invested Bt9 million in newly issued shares of Xteria for 30 per cent of the total new registered capital.

NAKORNTHAI STRIP MILL has been reorganised by plan administrator Maharaj Planner. Two new executives have been appointed: Sirichai Sae-Ku as vice president for commercial operations, effective December 1 of last year; and Pannee Tanaprateepkul as vice president for procurement, human resources and administration and logistics, effective January 1 of this year.

TATA STEEL (THAILAND)'s unaudited and consolidated net profit for last year was reported as Bt708.2 million, compared with Bt343.35 million in 2005.

THAI SETAKIJ INSURANCE reported that Niramol Comekuan sold 2.73 million shares in the company to Nongluck Visutipol for Bt9.50 apiece, or a total of Bt25.935 million. Nongluck now holds 3.94 million shares, or 12.7 per cent of the total issued.
