EVERLAND announced that its financial planner, Property Planner, informed it that the Central Bankruptcy Court on Monday approved the cancellation of the company's rehabilitation plan.
MODERN reported it had invested Bt9 million in newly issued shares of Xteria for 30 per cent of the total new registered capital.
NAKORNTHAI STRIP MILL has been reorganised by plan administrator Maharaj Planner. THAI SETAKIJ INSURANCE reported that Niramol Comekuan sold 2.73 million shares in the company to Nongluck Visutipol for Bt9.50 apiece, or a total of Bt25.935 million. Nongluck now holds 3.94 million shares, or 12.7 per cent of the total issued.
