Company reports

BANGKOK BANK reported the retirement of Thamnoon Laokaikul as senior executive vice president, effective from January 1. However, he is still a director of the bank.

BANK OF AYUDHYA announced that GE Capital International Holdings Corp holds 1.39 billion shares of the bank, or 29.01 per cent. The share subscription and conversion of warrants into common shares means a 38.67-per-cent dilution effect for existing shareholders.

SANSIRI announced that it would cancel a board resolution to approve the subscription by president Srettha Thavisin and his group to the company's capital-increase shares. However, the recapitalisation plan will remain top of the agenda at the firm's extraordinary meeting on January 18.
