EMC changed its paid-up capital from Bt452.09 million to Bt476.5 million, in accordance with the exercise of warrants allotted to directors and employees.

PTT EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION reported that its exploration well NNN-A04ST in Nang Nuan project was spudded last month. The well was drilled to a depth of 3,205 metres and encountered good-quality crude oil (42 degree API) in the carbonate reservoir, resulting in an average flow of 9,050 barrels per day.

SINO-THAI ENGINEERING AND CONSTRUCTION reported that none of its Warrant 1 and Warrant 2 units was exercised in December. Warrant 1 remained at 1.81 million units, and Warrant 2 at 163.55 million units.

SIS DISTRIBUTION (THAILAND) reported that none of its 3.52 million warrant units was exercised in December.
