CAL-COMP ELECTRONICS (THAILAND)'s board approved investing in Apex Circuit (Thailand) for the purpose of forming a supplier alliance. The company will purchase 9.06 million shares for a 15-per-cent stake in the company. The transaction is expected to be completed in next year's first quarter.

KPN AUTOMOTIVE reported that AAPICO Hitech had become its majority shareholder after acquiring a stake from the Narongdej family. AAPICO Hitech now holds 56.91 million shares, or 56.91 per cent of total issued shares.

PHATRA LEASING's board of directors voted to pay a dividend of 22 satang per share next February 8.

SIAM CITY BANK sold 37.55 million shares in Paktai Chueplerng for Bt594.56 million to Sukhumvit Asset Management.

UNITED FLOUR MILL's board voted to sell 600,000 shares to Metrophos for Bt4.5 million.
