CAL-COMP ELECTRONICS (THAILAND)'s board approved investing in Apex Circuit (Thailand) for the purpose of forming a supplier alliance. The company will purchase 9.06 million shares for a 15-per-cent stake in the company. The transaction is expected to be completed in next year's first quarter.
KPN AUTOMOTIVE reported that AAPICO Hitech had become its majority shareholder after acquiring a stake from the Narongdej family. AAPICO Hitech now holds 56.91 million shares, or 56.91 per cent of total issued shares.
