KASIKORNBANK announced it sold 11.65 per cent of its stake in American Appraisal (Thailand) last Friday for Bt2,613.68 per share for a total of Bt3.04 million, in order to comply with the central bank's consolidated supervision.

LAGUNA RESORTS AND HOTELS announced that wholly owned subsidiary Wenco-Thai was dissolved on October 11, because it had remained dormant for the past eight years.

PICO THAILAND reported a consolidated net profit of Bt71.25 million for this year, up 71 per cent from last year's Bt41.7 million.

PTT said it paid subsidiary PTT Chemical Bt19.29 million on December 1 for 247.33 million newly issued shares.

RAIMON LAND said it would subscribe to 9.9 million capital-increase shares in Raimon Land Park View Development at Bt10 apiece.
