Harrison to sell housing projects

Harrison, a real-estate broker, plans to enlist other agencies in Singapore and Hong Kong to promote Thai residential projects next year.
Vice president Kitisak Champatippong last week said demand for condominium projects was strong, particularly from foreigners interested in expanding their investment in Thailand. The firm will tap more markets for its properties by taking road shows to Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, China and Europe. - The Nation.
UBIS makes Bt31m UBIS Asia, a local leader in lacquer coatings and sealing compounds for the canning industry, posted a net profit of Bt31 million from total revenues of Bt341 million in the first nine months of this year. President Sawong Dhangwatnotai last week said major revenue contributors were lacquer coatings and sealing compounds. The company enjoys 50 per cent of the Bt150-million-a-year sealing-compound market and 20 per cent of the Bt3-billion-a-year lacquer-coating market. - The Nation.
