ADVANCE PAINT & CHEMICAL (THAILAND) reported that the exercise date of its APC-W1 and APC-W2 warrants had been set for December 29. The conversion ratio is one warrant into one share at Bt1 each.

GLOW ENERGY signed two 20-year power supply agreements, with Map Ta Phut Olefins and Thai Polyethylene. Both are petrochemical companies owned by Siam Cement.

LEE FEED MILL set the date of its warrant exercise for December 29. The conversion ratio is one warrant into one common share at the price of Bt4.

LIVE INCORPORATION reported that director, acting CEO and executive director Supoj Songsawaddichai had resigned, with effect from December 31.

THAI RUNG UNION CAR allocated 24,999,000 warrants at no charge to directors and employees of the company.
