Vientiane seeks details of Hmong
Laos urged Thailand yesterday to provide identification details of the more than 7,000 Hmong refugees being sheltered in Phetchabun's Ban Huay Nam Khao - if Bangkok really wants Vientiane to take them back.

Scores from the Ordinary National Educational Test (Onet) will become a main part of Grade-12 students' grade point average (GPA) from 2008 onward, Education Minister Wijit Srisa-arn suggested yesterday.
