ASIA METAL shareholders approved a price for a rights offering and public offering at Bt2.70-3.30 per share, which is not less than 90 per cent of market price.
The market price has been quoted by using the average of weighted closing price in 15 working days from October 5-26, which is equal to Bt2.75 per share.
K-TECH CONSTRUCTION signed a Bt70.84 million contract with the Evangelical Church for the design and construction of the ECB Phase 1 Project, a four-storey parking, accommodation, administration and classroom building.
PTT EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION reported that the Cabinet approved a petroleum concession to the company in the Northeast with details as follows: Concession Block L21/48, covering the northeastern area of Nam Phong; Block L28/48, covering Chonnabot and Chaturus Structures; Block L29/48, covering the Chonnabot Structures.
