Customer service awards at gala dinner

MobyElite, a customer-relationship management company, hosted a black-tie gala awards dinner for clients and partners in the Pan Pacific Hotel's White Room on Thursday evening.
Certificates of excellence were presented to companies and individuals who over the past year had given outstanding service to their customers. On hand to present the awards was internationally recognised speaker Scott Friedman, who in an entertaining after-dinner speech took a light-hearted look at how to succeed in both love and business. Callum Laing, founder of MobyElite, was excited by the success of the event. "It has been a momentous year for MobyElite, and this Awards Dinner for our clients further cements our reputation as being the most exciting relationship-marketing company in Thailand," he said. "We've established loyalty programmes for a wide variety of clients and held over 100 events in the past year. We couldn't have done it without the support of all these people here tonight, so it's great to see them having such a good time.
