INBRIEF
Expo in Kenya

Thai Expo began on Wednesday at the Village Market in Nairobi, offering Kenyans an opportunity to interact with Thai businessmen, traders and suppliers.
The second such event in Kenya is a great improvement, said Adisai Dhummakupt, executive director at the Thai Trade Centre. There are more than 50 exhibitors compared to last year's 36. "Kenya is well endowed with opportunities for investment, particularly in agro-based business," Adisai said earlier this week. "In trade, Kenya is a strategic trading partner for Thailand in the East African region."
Ragnarok deal Gravity Co Ltd said on Wednesday it had entered into a licensing agreement for Ragnarok Online 2 (or RO2) in Thailand. The agreement was entered into with Asiasoft Corp on September 22, effective from the commercial service date of the game. "We are executing the internal alpha test of RO2 and we do not expect any difficulties in launching the beta testing of RO2 in Korea by the end of this year or early next year," said Il Young Ryu, chairman and CEO of South Korean online game developer and publisher Gravity. "In a fiercely competitive market for online games, we hope that RO2 is as successful as its predecessor RO."
