CHARN ISSARA DEVELOPMENT said it would increase its investment in CIN Estate Co Ltd by Bt142.5 million to Bt150 million, in order to maintain its shareholding at 60 per cent.
The subsidiary has increased its capital from Bt12.5 million to Bt250 million.
CVD ENTERTAINMENT reported that its consolidated net profit in the third quarter declined by 57 per cent to Bt11.57 million from Bt27.08 million in the same period last year.
INTERHIDES said its third-quarter net profit was Bt23.98 million, down from Bt37.78 million in the same period last year.
KRISDAMAHANAKORN reported that it would raise capital by issuing 527.81 million shares at Bt1.50 apiece to existing shareholders registered on November 15, at the ratio of one new share to one old one. The sale and payment period will be December 12-18.
NOBLE DEVELOPMENT said Playground Store Co Ltd, in which it has recently invested, would use some of the proceeds to repay debts of about Bt161 million to Noble. The remainder will be used for working capital.
SAMART TELCOMS announced a consolidated third-quarter net profit of Bt85.68 million, an increase from Bt55.7 million in the same period last year.
