Sontaya to return to Chat Thai Sontaya Kunplome's Thai Rak Thai faction of 10 politicians is heading to Chat Thai, the party he left to join Thai Rak Thai six years ago, a faction member said yesterday.
Chat Thai leader Banharn Silapa-archa will welcome the faction on November 19, the source said. Sontaya's Chon Buri bloc, and another Thai Rak Thai group led by Suchart Tancharoen are said to have contacted the party in April, when Thai Rak Thai was facing internal bickering.
