Police escort a German, known only as Bekker, who allegedly robbed a Thai Commerce Bank branch in Pattaya on Friday afternoon. He managed to snatch about Bt200,000 but was finally arrested. He claimed he robbed two banks in Germany last year before escaping to Thailand.
