ERAWAN GROUP said it would subscribe to 20.99 million newly issued shares of its subsidiary, Erawan Samui, at the par value of Bt10 apiece. Erawan owns 99.99 per cent of the firm.
MBK said Lan Bangna, an indirect subsidiary, had recently increased its registered capital from Bt60 million to Bt80 million to make up for the previous capital reduction, from Bt125 million to Bt60 million, which had exceeded its retained loss of Bt43.46 million. MBK also announced a dividend of Bt1.75 per share for its first-half operations.
SIAM FOOD PRODUCTS said it would sell 112,500 shares, or 45 per cent, of Siam Ready Food at the par value of Bt100 for Bt11.25 million.
TEAM PRECISION said it would increase its investment in its Danish subsidiary from Bt812,500 to Bt1.8 million, to enhance the effectiveness of its raw-material procurement.
