The new projects include townhouses, dual houses and single houses with an average price of Bt1-3 million. They will be open for sale this month and in December.

Assistant managing director Pirat Senachak said the project area had a high potential for housing development, because of convenient access to central Bangkok.

In addition, there will be an extension of roads, bridges and mass-transit system projects, additional factors to drive housing demand in this area.

He said according to market research, more than 50 per cent of housing projects available for sale are single houses in a price range of Bt3-Bt5 million, while there is a small supply of townhouses. That is why Property Perfect had turned its eye to townhouse development projects.

Paneepan Tisapong, assistant managing director, added the company had built townhouse projects from 1993 until 1996.

Now, the company has returned to the townhouse market under a new brand "The Villa".

"We develop the new projects at a price between Bt1-3 million per unit in order to cater to all market segments," said Paneepan.'

The Villa Rattanathibet-Ratchapruek project has a total of 1,662 units on 173 rai with a starting price of Bt1.55 million.

She said that its townhouse is designed as a beach resort, offering functions and facilities similar to a single house such as separate Thai kitchen and pantry, garden in the bathroom and a skylight.

Another new project is Perfect Park Rama V-Bang Yai comprising dual houses and single houses on 232 rai with a total of 1,291 units.

The dual house price starts at Bt2.28 million and the single house at Bt2.79 million.
