High hopes for Pacific Motor Show in Chon Buri

Pacific Park expects sales of more than Bt450 million to be generated during the Pacific Motor Show from October 28-November 5 at the Pacific Park Sri Racha Mall in Chon Buri.
The Bt40-million ninth edition of the show aims to attract leading manufacturers from Japan and Europe, managing director Somboon Worapanyaskul said last week. The event will showcase the latest in car innovations and technology. Featured vehicles will include the BMW 520dD, the new Toyota Camry, the Chevrolet Aveo and the Nissan Tida. More than 400,000 visitors are expected to attend the show. They can learn about alternative energy at the PTT Plc booth and solar-power systems at the National Science and Technology Development Agency exhibit. This year 11 companies will be showcasing products including motorcycles, audio systems, accessories and tyres. They include BMW dealer Nelson Auto House (Thailand), Chevrolet dealer Chonburi Auto Centre, Land Rover dealer Bangkok Automobile, Toyota dealer Thaiyont Chonburi, Mazda dealer SMC Motor, Nissan dealer Siam Nissan Chonburi and an Isuzu dealer. The event will offer attractive promotions for car buyers such as no down-payments, zero interest and free insurance and accessories. Those who reserve a car can enter a lucky draw to win a Yamaho Fino and those who order a motorcycle can win Bt10,000.
