Patum Rice Mill and Granary reported the resignation of Oranuj Osatananda from the positions of independent director, member of the audit committee and chairwoman of the nomination and remuneration committee, with effect from October 12.
Power-P was requested to resubmit its second-quarter financial statements to the Stock Exchange of Thailand by November 13, as the original statements did not comply with generally accepted accounting principles. As a result, the SET posted a suspension sign to halt trading of Power-P stock yesterday and will permit resumption of trading with the posting of an "NP" (Notice Pending) sign today.
