PM on tour
Prime Minister Surayud Chulanont will visit Laos and Cambodia on the weekend to strengthen relations and discuss government policies, Yongyuth Maiyalarp, the government spokesman said yesterday.
Surayud will make a one-day trip to Laos on Saturday and go to Cambodia on Sunday.Surayud is scheduled to go to Vientiane to meet his counterpart, Bouasone Bouphavanh, and Laotian President Choummaly Sayasone. Surayud will go to Phnom Penh on Sunday to meet Prime Minister Hun Sen. Apart from boosting bilateral ties, the visits will focus on the policies of the interim government. - The Nation
