BANPU said that Krirk-krai Jirapaet, its chairman, was appointed as Commerce Minister and resigned effective October 7.

MBK reported that its board of directors had approved a short-term loan to MBK Leisure at rate of 8 per cent per annum.

PRASIT PATANA's board of directors voted to sign a cooperative agreement with Paolo Medic with a service fee of Bt300,000 per month. It has the option to renew the agreement for another year at Bt380,000 a month.

THORESEN THAI AGENCIES will buy all of Thoresen Shipping Singapore Pte Ltd's new shares. TSS's registered capital will increase to S$15.5 million (Bt365.6 million).

RAMKHAMHAENG HOSPITAL will pay a Bt5 dividend per share for its first half operations on November 6.
