AYUDHYA INVESTMENT AND TRUST announced that it would change its name to Ayudhya Auto Lease, at a date still to be announced.
CENTRAL PATTANA reported that it was considering leasing or subleasing part of its retail shopping complex and two office buildings at Central Plaza Pinklao to CPN Retail Growth Property Fund, in which it has a 33-per-cent stake. The plan is subject to approval from the company's board, the fund's unit trustholders and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
KRISDA MAHANAKORN's board voted to cut registered capital by reducing unissued shares to about 12 billion.
PATKOL announced that it would subscribe to the entire 300,000 shares to be issued by its wholly owned subsidiary, Patkol Manufacturing, for Bt30 million.
PTT EXPLORATION AND PRODUCTION said it expected to produce more natural gas from its offshore Arthit field with the help of a floating production, storage and offloading facility. The company will produce an additional 120 million to 150 million standard cubic feet a day of natural gas once production from the field begins in the first quarter of 2008. This will be on top of its originally planned 330 million cubic feet.
THORESEN THAI AGENCIES announced that subsidiary Thoresen Chartering (HK) would buy 1.56 million shares of subsidiary Mermaid Maritime for Bt234.51 million.
