International Engineering builds up Live Inc holdings

International Engineering Plc has build up a stake in Live Incorporation Plc after buying 50 million shares over the past five months for a 2.19-per-cent stake in the firm formerly named BNT Entertainment Plc, while a person with political connections has unloaded all of his shares in Live.
According to Stock Exchange of Thailand data, as of September 5, International Engineering (IEC) held 50 million shares in Live, while Nualphan Lamsam owned 35 million shares, or 1.54 per cent, and Muang Thai Insurance Co Ltd had 30.66 million shares, or 1.34 per cent.However, Yokin Charoensuk, who is reportedly connected to some politicians and who held 82.59 million shares - or 4.06 per cent - of Live as of April 17, has dumped the shares he had accumulated over the past two years. Broadcasting Network (Thailand), a major shareholder over the past three years, has also gradually reduced its stake in Live to 50.49 million shares - or 2.23 per cent - as of September 5.
